100 Years of History
Zhongneng Vehicle Group is the parent company of Italy's high-end motorcycle brand Moto Morini, which has a history of nearly 100 years. It has a research and development center and a production plant in Milan, Italy. The Moto Morini double-cylinder 1200cc engine features a V shape with an angle of 87 degrees, and the fully hand-built models are unique in the European large-displacement market.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
We have six technical support departments:
The view inspection department inspects all incoming parts.
The laboratory performs physical and chemical testing.
Our R&D center continuously creates new products with enhanced features.
Our technical department oversees assembling and testing.
The chief engineers office audits and traces all of the quality problems.
Quality Control Procedures
We inspect raw materials and spare parts strictly and evaluate our suppliers' production capacity, QC and management practices. Our experienced QC team members oversee each assembly line and ensure that production proceeds according to EEC and EPA guidelines.
Assembling and packing: we keep the appearance of every product smooth, and inspect items after packing them in colored boxes and cartons. We always double-check to see that the packaging meets our customers' requirements. Our QC and sales departments will randomly inspect products before delivery.

We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law, or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular work week. The new factory is located in Binhai Industrial District, Jiaojiang District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, covering an area of 450 mu, with a total of six large plant buildings. Annual production capacity can reach 500,000 vehicles and 1 million engines. New factory is like a garden, it is very beautiful no matter it rains or sunshine.
